Refund and Return of Goods Policy

At jeri – Portable Power by Clenergy, we take pride in providing top-quality Portable Batteries to our valued customers. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to request a refund. Please read our refund and return policy below to understand our guidelines and procedures when seeking a remedy.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

Major Problem

You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it,
  • is unsafe
  • is significantly different from the sample or description
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

Not a Major Problem

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

Eligibility for Refunds: We offer refunds for the following situations:

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly provide a full refund or replacement.

Incorrect Order: If you receive an incorrect product that differs from what you ordered, we will arrange for a refund or replacement.

Order Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your order before it has been processed for shipping, we will issue a refund.

Timeframe for Refund Requests: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If 14 days have passed since the delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Process: To initiate a refund claim, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at [email protected] or call 03 9239 8088 within the 14-day timeframe.

Provide your proof of purchase, order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence such as photos of the damaged product.

Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return address for the damaged or incorrect item.

Return Shipping: For damaged, defective, or incorrect items claims where the goods are to be returned for inspection, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. You will be responsible for packaging the item securely and dropping it off at a designated carrier location.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund claim. If approved, your refund claim will be processed within 2-5 business days. If a refund is payable then the refund will be paid using the original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Amount: If a refund is the appropriate remedy the amount to be refunded will be the full purchase price of the item, excluding plus any and all shipping fees (on proof of those costs). If the return is due to a damaged or defective product, the entire purchase price, including shipping, will be refunded.

Non-Refundable Situations: We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

Change of Mind: Refunds will not be provided for products that meet consumer warranties are in good condition but are no longer wanted.

Misuse or Neglect: A remedy Refunds will not be provided for products that have been misused, neglected, or damaged due to customer mishandling.
